Arcadia acquired this site from Marrickville Council as a derelict public park located on a prominent corner in Newtown. Zoned as General Industrial, the site was developed into an 800sqm warehouse including 300sqm of high-tech mezzanine office space. The building was occupied by Arcadia Property Group until it was on-sold in 2016.
