Malvern One

Malvern One was conceived as a boutique four-level apartment building on Malvern Road in Glen Iris. The proposal comprised 27 two- and three-bedroom residences, each planned with generous internal areas, private open space and two car spaces. Positioned around ten kilometres south-east of Melbourne’s CBD, the project was shaped for owner-occupiers seeking established neighbourhood amenity, transport connections and access to schools, parks and retail.
