Malvern Two

Malvern Two extends Arcadia’s residential work along Malvern Road with a proposed collection of 35 two- and three-bedroom apartments over four levels and basement parking. The design brief balanced larger owner-occupier residences with more compact homes suited to young professionals, while retaining generous private open space and two car spaces per apartment. Located in Glen Iris, the project responds to an established Melbourne setting with direct access to transport, parks, schools and local shopping. Arcadia’s published record places it at permit application stage.
