The Wolseley Apartments

The Wolseley transformed a site at 6 Wolseley Grove from an earlier retail approval into a residential collection of 29 generously scaled townhouses. Arcadia acquired the site and secured a new approval that introduced basement parking and a substantial communal garden. Located within Zetland’s Garland Masterplan Precinct, opposite East Village Shopping Centre and Joynton Park, the project combines private homes with a shared landscaped setting. Its planning and configuration respond directly to the evolving residential character of this inner-south Sydney neighbourhood.
