Alchemy

Alchemy is an adaptive reuse project in the heart of Redfern, bringing new residential and retail life to a building originally constructed in the early 1900s. The development comprises 19 apartments across studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations together with five retail spaces. Its transformation preserves the presence of a local heritage building while accommodating contemporary uses within the existing fabric. The project reflects Arcadia’s focus on recognising the potential of established urban places and shaping a considered response to their next chapter.
